No matter how carefully you use a PC. It will started to have little problems like an old man after 1 or 2 years. Problems like slow in start-up / shutdown, unknown error message, hang-up for 2,3 seconds are common for these PCs. However, it may not always be cost effective for buying a new PC, or re-installing the system. Some free stuff may help.
